Refund Policy
All sales are final. Guild Forge Games does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been completed.
Exception — Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at guildforgegames@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Items must be returned to be considered for refund.
Approved damage claims will be resolved by replacement of the same item or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.
We do not offer exchanges. Custom items, sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return or replacement.
