This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with Guild Forge Games are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and approved, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on days the store is closed.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier best suited for your order unless otherwise specified at checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Guild Forge Games is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Events beyond our control


Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer once the order is tendered to the shipping carrier.

Guild Forge Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping charges, or

  • Cancellation without refund (store credit may be issued at our discretion)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to manufacturing or shipping, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

To evaluate a claim, we require:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging


Resolution for Approved Shipping Damage Claims

If a shipping damage or manufacturing defect claim is approved, Guild Forge Games will provide one of the following remedies, at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the same item, subject to availability

  • Store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item

Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.


International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • VAT or similar charges

These fees are not included in shipping costs and are non-refundable.
