These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Guild Forge Games website, in-store purchases, and any related services. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services or complete a transaction.

1. General Conditions

Guild Forge Games reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at any time, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree not to use our products, services, or website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws.

2. Products, Availability, and Accuracy

All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity or discontinued at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices or modify offerings at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.

Payment must be authorized and received in full before an order is processed or fulfilled.

4. All Sales Final / No Refunds

All sales are final. Guild Forge Games does not accept returns or issue refunds.

The sole exception is for items damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the same item or store credit only, at our discretion.

Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

Guild Forge Games is not responsible for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

6. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. Failure to do so may result in delayed or canceled orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, artwork, text, images, and branding—is the property of Guild Forge Games or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To infringe intellectual property rights
To harass, abuse, or harm others
To interfere with website security or functionality

Violation may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
